1. 主要职责Key Responsibilities：

• New hire and separation process

• P-file filing and management

• Employee contract and probation check

• Leave management in system

• Assistant to handle monthly social insurance and HF process and ensure accuracy and timeline

• Support to provide personal services eg: Foreign employee work permit and resident permit application, local employee’s residence application and Integral management, Hukou application company part support

• Assistant with planning and holding all kinds of ER activities

专业背景和资历素质Education & Professional Background

Bachelor degree, HR or business related studies ( HR, Finance, business management, economics, etc.)

语言技能Language Skills

Fluent in English
