LSV supply planning
? Drive monthly supply review meeting of LSV and prepare for the necessary reports.
? Design and maintain LSV (Sweet Corn) Production plan and communicate with the processing plants.
1) Processing plan with 12 rolling months (from raw seeds to finished goods): coordinate and be responsible the seeds processing plan to enable it could be conducted smoothly by 3rd party tollers
2) Field production plan: work out the production proposal and drive the cross-functional discussion and follow up VPR with FP team.
? Design, maintain and implement replenishment plan for LSV to different warehouses.
? Closely monitor the result of LSV seeds processing/production plan, to ensure supply visibility can be in line with the demand plan on time.
? Other supply end to end coordination between Syngenta and Sanbei JV to ensure daily work can go smoothly

Veg Inventory management
? Inventory Management Project lead, project charter and monthly reports
? Inventory Write Off and Discard Supporting for Veg
? Stock block management for SSV
? Stock count variance adjusting in FOU
? Stock transfer PO from SSS to SSB for some excessive stock export.
? Analysis reports related IM project based on requirements

MDM
? Be the local coordinator for below items of Foundation system master data management
? Variety extension
? New SKU creation
? Sales text maintenance
? Packing and chemical materials creation
? IP assignment
? Imported materials extension
? ALT BOMs maintenance
? F1 Field production data Maintenance
? Parent production data Maintenance
? GMS material PIRs update
? ALT BOMs maintenance
? Cost errors clearance
? Budget cost supporting


ACCOUNTABILITIES
? Working closely with commercial team to understand demand requirements and supply availability with monthly processing plan.
? Fully understand 3rd party tollers production line flexibility and production capacity constraints, labour constraints, well communicate with 3rd party tollers, and work out monthly processing plan, monitor the execution of the processing order and purchase order for non-seeds materials.
? Coordinate the seeds receiving discussion with commercial team/ filed production /quality team for seeds with abnormal quality. Make the processing plan/solution for poor quality seeds improving
? Alarm risks; to lead the communication and coordination cross to handle supply issues independently.
? Closely monitor raw material and finish goods moving activities, arrange the germination updated test for FG both in site and platform, work with entire planning team to achieve inventory target.
? Make the purchasing plan for packing materials based on SF and inventory out of system.
? Inventory management
? Organize LSV supply review meeting every month to work out CSP and necessary data supported to the related functions.
? MDM support to the related functions.
? Leading cross-function coordination for LSV when necessary.
? Other supply end to end activities to support the related functions like finance, FP and etc.

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
? University or college, business or agriculture discipline, with at least 5 years related working experience
? Knowledge and understanding of supply chain concepts and methodologies including seeds production, planning, processing, logistics, quality test, S&OP process and etc.
? Strong computer system skills: thorough familiarity with all Microsoft applications and preferred familiarity with applications such as SAP/Foundation system.
? Good interpersonal and communication skills.
? Ability of analytical case and problem solving.
