Basic Responsibilities基本职责

1. Responsible for implementing EH&S policy and standards of UTC, Otis, EH&S rules of company and local safety policy and rules, actively support and participate in Company EH&S activity. 负责贯彻实施奥的斯公司的环境安全（EH&S）政策和法规、公司的安全规程，以及当地的安全政策和法规，积极支持和参与公司的环境健康安全活动

2. Compile annual EHS goal and follow up 制定并跟进工厂EHS年度目标计划

3. Compile and follow up EHS improvement plan 编制并组织完成EHS年度改进计划

4. Organize Self-assessment of EHS System 组织安排认证体系的自评估

5. EHS Training and implementation 制定EHS培训计划并组织实施

6. Factory Audits and Regular Inspection，Organize Safety Meeting Regularly 工厂定期安全审查，定期组织安全会议

7. Organize Investigation of Accident and take action 组织参与事故调查与整改工作

8. Supply-chain EHS Audit 供应链EHS审核

9. On a short term business trip 能适应短期出差

Qualifications任职资格

• Education & Certification教育背景和专业资格

College/ University gradated, major in engineering or science.

大学专科或以上专业。

• Experience工作经验

5year plus purchasing working experience

5年以上EHS工作经验

• Knowledge专业知识

  Proficient in windows office. 熟练应用OFFICE办公软件

  Minor requirement on English reading and writing. 具备一定的英文读写能力

  Good communication and negotiate skill. 具备良好的谈判技巧和沟通能力
