Job Responsibility:
1.Work closely with commercial team to understand customer need and market information, Facilitate and follow up with business case review;
2.Make project plan , and lead regular project progress review and phase review;
3.Manage project and ensure project deliverables of quality / time and cost are met;
4.Perform Risk management;
5.Prepare project closure and handover process;
6.Do project reflection and continuous improvement;
7.Involved in the customer feedback or complaints related to new product project, take necessary corrective and preventive measures to avoid the re occurrences.

Job Requirement:
1.Bachelor's degree or above;
2.At least 5 year + solid experience in new product development project management;
3.Proved record of success in new product development project management;
4.Strong communication and coordination skill;
5.Strong conflict management skill ;
6.Good commend of both verbal and written English skill;
7.PMP certified is a plus;
8.Stationery industry experience is a plus.
