职位描述:
? Performs data entry of complex employee information into various Medtronic systems on an accurate and timely basis. Data entry and support may include areas such as Staffing, Contingent, Organizations, Global Mobility and other HR Operations areas as appropriate.
? Maintain data quality and integrity between our current (Workday) and legacy (PeopleSoft) HR systems.
? Responds to customer requests for information as appropriate both verbally and in writing. Utilizes various resources to ensure that a complete and accurate answer is provided. Directs customers to additional resources, including documented information, reference materials and self-service tools.
? Researches and resolves problems and issues, utilizing various tools.
? Manages customer inquiries in ServiceNow case tracking system
? Responds to specialized customer service requests for information (i.e. providing direction to HR about how to update employee information, dealing with moderately complex process issues).
? Provides skilled technical support, which may include data coordination, data analysis, tracking and coding.
? May work on other documented HR Operations processes that have moderate variability, such as running Workday tasks or reports.
? As appropriate, escalates more complex problems and issues that cannot be resolved with the standard work processes and information.
? Identifies process issues and makes recommendations for process improvements.
? Maintains appropriate records for audits, SOX, customer inquiries and as required by HR Operations work processes.
? Assists with testing of documentation and enhancements for basic and intermediate work processes.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
? High school diploma plus 3 years of experience in at least one of the following areas: Human Resources, Operational or HR Customer Service Call center
or Bachelor’s degree in one of the following areas: HR, Social Sciences, Business, or IT
? Experience with data entry
? Experience with Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook)

DESIRED/PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (what makes doing this job easier)
? Bachelor’s degree
? General knowledge of Human Resource practices, techniques and standards
? Experience with HRIS systems such as Peoplesoft, Workday or ServiceNow
? Proficient data entry skills with an average of 60 words per minute with a high degree of accuracy
? Highly organized with good follow thru skills
? Ability to communicate clearly both in writing and verbally
