职位描述：
Basic Responsibilities基本职责
1. Fully Comply with UTC Ethics & Business Practices requirements.
严格遵守UTC道德规范。
2. Responsible for implementing EH&S policy and standards of UTC, Otis, EH&S rules of company and local safety policy and rules, actively support and participate in Company EH&S activity.
负责贯彻实施奥的斯公司的环境安全（EH&S）政策和法规、公司的安全规程，以及当地的安全政策和法规，积极支持和参与公司的环境健康安全活动。
3. Responsible for the delay of manufacturing schedule.
在生产进度上对不按时交货期负责。
4. Issue manufacturing orders according to manufacturing schedule.
根据生产计划，下达生产指令。
5. Get good preparation for material and tools for each workstation before putting into production.
作好产前准备，确保在下达生产指令 (订单) 前，工作站/位有足够的产能和工具。
6. Arrange reasonably work for each station to meet manufacturing schedule.
合理安排各装配线的工作量，使之与生产计划相适应。
7. Assist foreman to determine work in workstation, such as effective workload, forecasting workload, awaiting materials and manpower.
编制工位的工作量以协助领班，如：有效的工作量，未来的工作量，待料和人员。
8. Set up a good operation process, (to run the one piece flow and the KIT system etc.)
在生产建立良好的生产流程，（如实现单件流和KIT系统）。
9. Inform other departments to dispose the relate problem of delay caused by failing to keep appointment productivity, material ordering and others.
由于失约、生产量、物料订单和其它原因引起的延迟要及时知会各部门进行及时的处理。
10. Discuss with material planner on the necessity to increase or decrease stock orders according to consumption, damaged parts, demand and over-production.
根据耗损、坏件、需求和生产超量，与物料计划员商量增加或减少库存订单的必要性。
11. Transfer completed orders and all documents showed location of finished material to shipping department.
把已完成的订单和所有表示位置的有关文件转交给发货部。
12. Continue improve productivity, quality, safety and 5S by using ACE tools.
使用ACE工具，持续改善生产效率、质量、安全和现场5S。


Qualifications任职资格
1. Education & Certification教育背景和专业资格
Mechanism engineering or enterprise management college degree
学历：机械工程或企业管理大专以上
2. Experience工作经验
Over 5 years manufacturing management. Experienced in IE or Quality management is preferred.
5年以上生产管理（特别是扶梯生产管理）经验，拥有工艺/工业工程或质量管理经验者优先
3. Knowledge专业知识
Proficient in windows office.熟练应用OFFICE办公软件
Minor requirement on English reading and writing.具备一定的英文读写能力
4. Others 其他
Strong in practice, logic and principle, good cooperation
