职位描述：
Job responsibilities:
- Coordinating with other IT service members on defined IoT support service and SLA
- day-to-day support for business users and IT support team for responding quickly to faults reported, trouble shooting and incident solving process
- ensure the IoT application and service availability and continuity, minimize the incident solving time and impact
- incident analysis to report the incident root cause, defects, improvement requests
- Assisting in trouble shooting process on the integration between KONE IoT platform and other systems

Job requirements:
- IT related BS/MS degree, e.g. Computer Science, Software Engineering
- 3+ years of application support experience
- Knowledge of an object oriented language or some of the following (javascript, AJAX,nodejs)
- Hands-on knowledge of web services (SOAP, RESTful), communication protocols (Websocket, MQTT), middleware (Kafka, ESB), XML, JSON
- Solid experience in SQL (e.g. mysql, dashdb), NoSQL (MongoDB, Cloudant) and understanding database concepts in common
- Network infrastructure knowledge (protocols, ports, est.),
- familiar with Cloud environment (e.g. AWS, Aliyun, Azure, Bluemix)
- Proven problem solving, troubleshooting, debugging, technical and customer service skills
- Good communications, spoken and written English
- ITIL knowledge (Incident, Problem, SLA, OLA, etc.) is a merit for the position.
