职位描述：
Job Description：
- Responsible for operations Lean System setup and Implementation
- Be a key part of Operations Strategy development and deployment team
- Be responsible for implementation of lean principles and tools
- Identify , lead and drive kaizen projects, tracking projects progress and result
- Lead Kaizen suggestion program
- Drive continuous improvement culture across operations
- Setup and implement lean training /coaching program across operations
- Operations team capability development

Job Requirements：
- Bachelor degree , Major in IE or other engineering background
- More than 5 years solid lean practice in workshop floor . at least 2years in managerial role
- Strong lean knowledge
- Proven hands on experience in driving lean
- Strong communication & collaboration skill
- Proven record of lean achievement
