职位描述：
Responsibilities:
Gather system requirements from users and business owners, translating them into detailed requirements documentation
Conduct workflow study and gap analysis ensuring that business rules are clearly defined
Manage system scope and user expectations
Propose recommendations on new business and operational processes
Assist vendor selection and proposals for budget approval
Primary contact with the vendor's functional consultants
Liaise with business users for system migration
Perform application IAT & UAT, system set up including issue tracking & fix activities
Develop training materials and be a trainer to ensure proper knowledge transfer for go-live activities
Proactively monitor the daily system operations and effectively communicate with user for any system issues and requests




Requirements:
University graduate in IT or related discipline; PMP Certification
At least 3 years relevant experience in IT Business Analyst within Supply Chain/ trading/ manufacturing business environment
Experience in Dynamic AX/ Oracle / SAP ERP implementation is highly preferred
Sound understanding of the IT application development life-cycle, good practices, application testing etc.
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Service oriented mind set and team player with good inter-personal skills
Responsible, initiative, proactive and able to work independently
Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Putonghua (interview will be in English)
Immediately available is preferred
Station in Guangzhou and travel to Wuhan, Hong Kong and other location is required
