职位描述：
Basic Responsibilities基本职责
1. Fully Comply with UTC Ethics & Business Practices requirements.
    严格遵守UTC道德规范。
2. Responsible for implementing EH&S policy and standards of UTC, Otis, EH&S rules of company and local safety policy and rules, actively support and participate in Company EH&S activity.
    负责贯彻实施奥的斯公司的环境安全（EH&S）政策和法规、公司的安全规程，以及当地的安全政策和法规，积极支持和参与公司的环境健康安全活动。
3. Lead a team to work together for running the project smoothly.
    领导一个团队，共同为项目良好运行而努力。
4. Estimate the feasibility of the shipping plan provided by field manager and adjust it according the reality condition; monitor the shipping plan be performed effectively in the factory.
    评估工地项目经理提供的发运计划合理性，并根据实际情况协调修正发运计划，及监督发运计划在工厂内的有效实施。
5. Organize or attend the technical communication meeting, arrange engineering dept.(TSC, SIT, CE etc) to give product introduction and arrange engineering dept. to provide technical Q&A and technical solution to customer.
    组织及参加技术联络会，协调安排工程部门（例如TSC、SIT、CE等）进行产品的介绍及协调安排工程部门提供技术解答及技术解决方案。
6. Make the prototype schedule, coordinate prototype inspection readiness. Organize customer prototype inspection; organize close meeting; monitor and confirm the implementation of action items
    制定样梯验收计划，负责协调样梯验梯前的准备事宜。组织客户到厂后的验梯事宜，组织Close Meeting，跟进验梯中各Action的执行情况。
7. Control the cost of project, make sure the project cost running in the quoted price range.
    控制项目成本，保证项目成本在报价的范畴内运行。
8. Focus on the product improvement and quality performance , make sure the good project output.
    关注产品提升和质量表现，保证好的项目输出。
9. Hold project summary & communication meeting to estimate the project well done and bad done, lesson learn for project operation and avoid in next project.
    举行项目总结沟通会议，评估项目做得好和做得不好的地方，吸取项目运行经验并在避免在下次项目出现。
10. Before 1st batch units shipping, invite and organize field manager and installation supervisor to factory to take quality confirmation for the 1st unit.
    第一批合同发运前，邀请及组织工地项目经理/安装监督来厂作首件确认。
11. After 1st batch units installed in the field, visit the field to check the quality status, gather the problems for factory improvement.
    第一批在工地安装后，到工地进行质量回访，并将问题反馈给工厂进行改进。
12. Before the project handed over to customer/service, coordinate field turnback issues and give support if necessary.
    在项目移交客户/服务部之前，协调处理工地反馈的问题及提供支持。

Qualifications任职资格
1. Education & Certification教育背景和专业资格
    College/ University gradated, major in engineering or science.
    大学专科以上，理工类专业。
2. Experience工作经验
    Above 5 years escalator manufacture operation working experience.
    5年以上扶梯制造运营系统工作经验
    Project management or escalator engineering advanced.
    项目管理或者扶梯工程背景优先。
3. Knowledge专业知识
    Proficient in windows office.熟练应用OFFICE办公软件
    Minor requirement on English reading and writing.具备一定的英文读写能力
    Good communication and negotiate skill. 具备良好的谈判技巧和沟通能力
4. Others 其他
    Strongly at logic thinking, remote coordination ability. Can withstand the pressure for a long time。
    逻辑思维能力强，远程协调能力，能承受压力。
