职位描述：
Basic Responsibilities基本职责

1. Fully Comply with UTC Ethics & Business Practices requirements.
    严格遵守UTC道德规范。
2. Responsible for implementing EH&S policy and standards of UTC, Otis, EH&S rules of company and local safety policy and rules, actively support and participate in Company EH&S activity.
    负责贯彻实施奥的斯公司的环境安全（EH&S）政策和法规、公司的安全规程，以及当地的安全政策和法规，积极支持和参与公司的环境健康安全活动。
3. Analyze and solve production issues, and provide effective Kaizen method.
    生产异常分析处理并做出有效的改善措施。
4. Process capability analysis and productivity efficiency improvement.
    制程能力分析及效率提升。
5. Fixture design and improvement.
    工装夹具的设计与改善。
    Process optimization, improvement and innovation.
6. 生产工艺的优化、改进及创新。
    Support process audit annually and new production development.
7. 协助供应商年度工艺审核和新产品开发工艺审核。
    Draft work instruction and process file.
8. 编写作业指导书和工艺文件。
    Lead and participate in lean event or Kaizen event.
9. 能够领导参与精益改善项目。

Qualifications任职资格
1. Education & Certification教育背景和专业资格
    Bachelor or master degree of industrial engineering or related engineering
    大学本科以上，工业工程或理工类专业
2. Experience工作经验
    5 year plus IE working experience
    5年以上IE工作经验
3. Knowledge专业知识
    Proficient in windows office.熟练应用OFFICE办公软件
    Proficient in AutoCAD or Pro/E.熟练运用AutoCAD或Pro/E画图软件
    Solid lean knowledge and mechanical knowledge. 扎实的精益生产知识和机械知识
    Minor requirement on English reading and writing.具备一定的英文读写能力
    Good communication skill and teamwork spirit. 具备良好沟通能力和团队精神

    Honest, opened, strongly at logic thinking, Can withstand the pressure for a long time.

    With escalator industry work experience is a plus.
