Purpose of the Job
·Creates strong customer confidence based on engineering capabilities and experience. Becomes an essential element of the design & engineering competence of the customer.
·Executes critical portions of projects or services. Contributes to customer satisfaction, technical quality, and cost reduction for Schneider.
·Develop applications. Document. Create success stories.
·Supports the Schneider partners at the execution. Take responsibility of performance.
·Is specialist in terms of process, and application knowledge in a particular field of focus. Communicates his knowledge.
·Ensures feasibility of solutions in collaboration with the product specialists
·Provides all technical details to develop the technical part of quotations
·Writes Detailed Design Specifications of critical portions

Main Responsibilities:
·Quality of development of applications: specification, performance tests
·Quotation of projects: product selection, bill of material and cost estimation. Get it checked.
·Strictly respects customer specifications, highlights deviations
·Maximize the Schneider content (promoting other products than PLCs or drives)
·Technical presentation of the offer to the customer
·Respects commitments given to the customer
·Decides then reports

Main Requirements
·4 years as automation engineer in reputed project companies
·3 years in successfully installing control systems in the focused field. Responsible for the design.
·Has the confidence of important customers.
·Has knowledge of both PLC and Drives.
·Age: 26 to 30 years
·Language: mandarin & fluent English
·Drives/DCS competence
·Computer: standard tools + AutoCAD
·Computer technology: O/S, Scada, VB/C++, Networks
