Responsibilities:
A) Lead the team to achieve sales target (both sell-in and sell-out) assigned on RF/KL brand flagship shop in current T-Mall, JD and VIP ec channles within respect of sell-in cut-off time and sell-out budget/freegoods
B) Supervise daily operation and campaign plan of RF/KL Flagship Shop in differenct e-commerce channels, including commercial offers, design update, price check, campaign registration, logistic follow-up and competitor benchmark etc
C) Supervise inventory in real time and make the prevision for the stock on variouse e-commerce platform needs.
D) Reporting in relation to RF/KL e-commerce business (sales, inventory, logstic, promotion and etc) upon management team reqeust with accuracy and spontaneousness
E) Manage three parties, RF/KL e-commerce team, e-commer platform interface and RF/KL e-commerce partner to maximize sales result with time-to-time optimization
F) Facilitate line manager to develop RF/KL e-commerce channels and enhace the sales result with target achievedG) Complete the tasks required by line manager with respect of time delivery
Requirements:
1. 4 years working experience, minimum 2 years e-commerce operation experience in beauty/fanshion/FMCG industry
2. Team management expereince with a size of 2 people or plus,good team player with extroverted personality and problem-solving
3. Have global view with online distribution platform and cost control capacity
4. English base with good communication skill and French is a plus
5. Can work under pressure
