职位描述：
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The incumbent will also be responsible for, but not limited to the following duties:

? Establishes goals to meet objectives about Reagents business.
? Establishes reagents sales standards, procedures, performance levels and documentation requirements for a given territory
? Provides guidance to sales staff to achieve goals in accordance with established policies about reagents business
? Develop relationships with KOL and key accounts and general customers
? Attend seminars, exhibitions and demonstrations by close work with marketing team within the territory in order to promote company’s reagents business
? Work is reviewed and measured based on meeting objectives and schedules.
? Ensures staff skills are developed and maintained on a continual basis to ensure cost/effective operations
? Communicates with sales staff, issues to high level activity to sell reagents
? Adheres to policies and procedures
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION & SKILLS:
? A university graduate in medical laboratory technology or science
? Good command in computer application with Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel is a must
? Good command in English(read, write and speak)

WORKING EXPERIENCE:
? Previous work experience as a medical laboratory technologist is preferred
? Fresh graduate with good potential can be considered
? Previous experience in selling is a plus
