工作摘要/目的Job Summary / Purpose
The purpose of the Pricing Analyst is to centralize all pricing processes in one position to ensure effective pricing governance and alignment across several stakeholders in the organization.
The analyst is responsible for the effective implementation of approved pricing strategies and the continued monitoring and follow up. Further to this the Pricing Analyst is responsible to drive and surveil price governance processes for bidding and promotion definition and sign-off.
On an ongoing basis, the analyst is responsible for driving and preparing detailed pricing analyses, participate in strategic projects, and optimize existing processes, while actively searching for opportunities and mitigating risks related to pricing.

？ Drive the implementation of approved pricing strategies
？ Implement pricing governance process with the purpose of monitoring prices in the different channels, ensure prices are approved per authority and follow up on potential pricing issues.
？ Monitoring of compliance to pricing policies
？ Proactively identify opportunities and threats and deliver recommendations to local management regarding pricing.
？ Work closely with tender manager, distribution team and marketing on pricing.
？ Facilitate bidding and promotion governance processes
？ Execute half-yearly reference price analysis
？ Facilitate yearly price adjustment process
？ Maintain pricing databases across channels.
？ Prepare detailed pricing analyses
？ Participate in strategic pricing projects with corporate pricing team.
？ All tasks assigned by line manager.

？ Not able to approve prices without formal approval from pricing committee
任职资格Job Qualifications
？ More than 3 years’ experience in similar role preferably within medical device or pharmaceutical industry
？ Bachelor's, Master’s or MBA degree in Business, Economics, Finance or equivalent
？ Exceptional numeric and technical skills
？ Strong critical thinking, investigative and organizational skills
？ A strong commercial and analytical mindset
？ Fluent in English, both orally and in writing
？ Mandarin Chinese fluency will be an advantage
？ Good IT skills in general and expert user of MS Office – in particular Excel & PowerPoint,
