职位描述：
岗位职责:

1、Purchasing in advertising category
Select an advertising agency for digital campaign, event and annual advertising bidding
Build an evaluation standard to enhance pair bidding process
Analyse that quotation is reasonable or not, negotiate the quotation with agency
Make a purchasing order after checking expense approval
Make a contract with confirmed quotation and deliver it to legal department
Investigate the final effectiveness of advertising with brand's manager
Confirm the final advertising quotation according to brand's KPI result
Manage the agency activity to prevent quality and delivery claims during advertising period
Improve advertising procurement process by inquiring into advertise industry
Develop and evaluate competitive advertising agency to set up qualified supplier pool
2、Procurement strategy support
Analyse procurement spends and make a monthly report
Manage compliance rate of purchasing regulation by observing SAP data
Evaluate indirect procurement suppliers according to procurement data
Handle invoice and expense according to purchasing final quotation.
Translate team document and report into Chinese

任职资格:

1、less than 3 years relevant working experience，Bachelor degree and above
2、Fluency in both spoken and written Korean or English (prefer Korean)
3、Experience in multinational foreign company
4、Good technical procurement knowledge, excellent office skills also
