The Role:
As Business Development Manager you will play a key part in driving business growth and bringing results by developing and maintaining relationships with mainly Universities, Schools and other education institutions.
The person will also get to work as part of a marketing and BD team looking across multiple customer segments (school students, their parents, and single young professionals) and multiple products – short term (海外冬夏令营) and long term (长期本硕博预科) study abroad programs.
作为业务发展经理,你将主要中小学和其他教育机构建立和维护关系,探索合作模式,来帮助英孚教育游学留学业务的发展,并带来销售成果。合作伙伴也有可能包含一些其他领域比如旅行、金融等等。
该职位也将作为业务拓展部和市场营销部门的一部分,覆盖不同的客户市场(中小学学生,他们的父母)和多个产品–短期(海外冬夏令营)和长期(长期本硕博预科)留学项目开展工作。
Key Responsibilities:
? Develop and execute long term sales strategy and cooperation model with universities, schools, and other academic institutions
? Seek and Forge relationships with administrators, faculty and key decision makers in the schools, and other academic institutions.
? Take charge of the overall promotion and project management for specific channel
? Conduct the online/offline sessions for student acquisition from school channels
? Drive new sales through prospecting and managing new leads
? Maintain relationships with existing channels
? Work with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships across departments

Requirements:
? A passion about education, language, travel and culture experience.
? Result-driven, organized and self-motivated style and the ability to handle stress
? Strong influencing skills and ability to visualize and deliver the short-term and long-term cooperation model with key decision makers
? Bachelor degree or above.
? Local resources in universities and schools are preferred
? International study or working experience preferred
? Minimum 5 years’ BD / channel development / sales experience
? Track record of leading or coordinating cross-functional teams to implement initiatives with tangible business impact;
? Excellent communication, problem solving and interpersonal skills;
? Strong business acumen and commercial instincts
? Native Mandarin speaker, Fluent in spoken English
