MAIN JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
? Implantation full year Carotid Pipeline brand plan and support PV franchise leader to develop PV marketing strategies and brand plan to achieve PV business objectives.
? Developing brand communication campaign and program; ensure the delivery fit with total brand proposition and tonality to continuously building the brand influence in the department of Neurology and Neurosurgery
? Establish close relationship with Key Opinion Leaders to enhance academic initiatives & collaborations
? Conducting joint field calls with sales team to understand customer insights and acquire competitive information
? Providing clear product information such as product positioning, key message, competitive differentiation and product selling story etc.
? Developing effective promotion tools to sales team and deliver related important materials to sales and operation team on time;
? Controlling budget, making sure promotion expenses within budget;
? Monthly marketing information and sales data analysis and reporting
? Closely cooperating with other functions to effectively solve problems with positive attitude
? Own the Carotid pipeline management and license tracking with regulatory affairs team
? Active support the franchise leader about the Carotid survey and related market research
? Liaising with Global marketing team to get necessary product and marketing supports.
? Close connection with GC and Global supply chains to ensure the forecast satisfaction and delivery;
 


JOB QUALIFICATION

Knowledge
? Bachelor degree or above;

Job Experience/Competency required
? 3+ years of product management experience in medical industry marketing;
? Good spoken and written English
? Good command of MS office software application;
? Mature pressure control, Self-motivation, honest and open”
? Can adapt the frequent(weekly) business travels
? Can adapt flexible working model to ensure the smooth connection with SBU team
? Organized and discipline in handling routine tasks.
? Analytical-minded and paying attention to details
? Good team-player
