职位描述
We are seeking 2 Co-packing Site Engineers, one will be mainly based in Chengdu, and the other will be in Wuhan & Zhengzhou. To provid you more opportunities & wider stage for development, and to meet our company's business development needs, your location will probably change in the future.
Key Accountabilities:
1.Conduct monthly site audit according to DWC checklist, identify non-compliances and potential risks, and work with co-packers to come up immediate action plans.
2.Ensure DWC specifications, standards and requirements, as well as contractual agreements are strictly followed and executed throughout the co-packing process via in-depth involvement and verification.
3.Propose and execute projects, methodologies and solutions that will deliver immediate or continuous productivity, quality, and supply performance improvement.
4.Review, verify and confirm key SOPs are properly executed throughout the process, and work with co-packers to develop and revise SOPs when necessary.
5.Support and follow up various quality and operations initiatives, improvement plans, and ensure the final compliance to DWC specifications and requirement.
6.Track and report KPIs of co-packers within the region on a regular basis, analyze gap with in-house factory and benchmarks, and come up with catch up plans and proposals with co-packers.
7.Coordinate with finance to conduct stock-taking of DWC R&P and FGs on a regular basis, and be answerable to any variances.
8.Provide support to new product / packaging trials (incl. new packages) and confirm trial costs with co-packers.
9.Verify and ensure environmental compliance and improvement at copackers.
10.Verify and promote work safety at co-packers and introduces Danone WISE culture.
11.Handle other relevant assignment from the superior.
Job Specification:
1.Bachelor Degree in food science, agriculture or related fields.
2.At least 5 years' experience in supply chain in FMCG industry with a multinational company, prefer beverage industry.
3.Strong analytical, strategic thinking skills.
4.Good communication skill and and interpersonal skills.
5.Good office software knowledge.
6.Good written English.
7.Good team work ability.
8.Extensive travel across China.
9.Good learning capability
