Position Specification:
Support the Technical Training Manager in a variety of duties including of excellent data analysis and reports on technical training, communications inside the department, cross function and with the partner schools.
协助技术培训经理完成部门的日常事务及工作。负责技术培训相关的管理数据收集及分析、报告等;协助部门内部沟通及跨部门沟通等相关事宜,以及与外部合作学校的沟通、协调等工作。
Basic Accountabilities:
? Follow up company ethic policy, and finish all the related trainings on time every year.
? Be responsible for studying, understanding and compliance with OTIS EHS rules procedures and related EHS legal requirement.
? Prepare every kind of reports, which are laconic but clear and all-sided, flexible in format and attractive.
? Coordinate on the training curriculum and schedule of partner school students training and also employee training.
? Collect and analyse the training records and feedback, to help on the training effect and efficiency improvement continuously.
? Work closely with HR to support on the student recruitment at school and the students retention activities during school terms and also after they joint Otis.
? Work closely with Finance on the cost plan and control.
? Training delivery on non-technical courses, such as Ethics, ACE, etc.
? Perform other works as requested by the Manager and Director.
1. 每年根据公司政策要求完成商业道德培训相关课程学习,严格遵守公司商业道德规定。
2. 学习并执行奥的斯EHS政策及程序。
3. 负责做好部门业务报告及其他相关报告,要求内容简洁、清晰、全面,格式美观。
4. 协助做好合作学校学生培训及公司内部员工培训的课程设置及培训计划、组织协调工作。
5. 负责收集并分析培训记录及反馈,协助做好培训效果及培训效率的持续提升。
6. 与人事部紧密配合,完成合作学校的招生工作,学生在校期间企业活动,及学生入职后人才保留计划相关事宜。
7. 与财务部紧密配合,协助做好部门成本计划及控制。
8. 负责非技术类课程的教学工作,例如:商业道德、ACE等。
9. 完成部长及经理安排的其他相关工作事宜。

Key Measurements:
Complete all annually goals of OTA department.
Principle Working Relations:
RHQ Functions, Entity Service and HR, Partner Schools
Qualification Requirement:
? Education: University or above major in English, Marketing 学士及以上学历
? Experience: At least 3 years’ secretarial or marketing, field experience. 相关培训督导工作经验3年以上
? Language: Good skills in both spoken and written English良好的英语(口语及书面)
? Computer Skills: Good skills in computer operation and office software. 熟练应用电脑office 软件(PPT, Excel, Word)
