I. GENERAL SUMMARY & OVERALL CHALLENGES
Achieve sales target of govenment and enterprise customers in North China (locate at Beijing) or South China (locate at Guangzhou).
 
II. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibility Measure of performance
Responsible for selling LBS instruments and consumable. 35%
Facilitate the sales activities and monitor the sales performance of dealers, including daily dealer management. 20%
Pre-sales technical support to end user and dealers. 10%
Basic product training for internal and external groups, including workshops and instrument demonstration. 5%
Initiate and support the regional marketing programs. 5%
Help to prepare sales forecasts and analysis and develop plans to maximize sales opportunities. 10%
Monitor competitive activities and customer response and provide feedback to management. 5%
Routine customer visit and firm relationship with key customers. 10%

III. REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION
a) Professional Experience
? No less than 3 years’ sales experience in Pathology or research business.

b) Education
? University graduated.

c) Language
? Fluency in spoken and written Chinese and English.

d) Travel (required estimated % of time)
? 30%

IV. PERSONAL TRAIT PROFILE
? Solid knowledge and strong background in pathology or biology is highly preferred.
? Self-motivated and able to work under pressure, capability of working independently.
? A good team player, reliable and self-disciplined.
? Good English and computer skills.
? Willing to travel.
? Above all, unquestionable ethics and integrity.
