MAIN JOB DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
? Support and execute sourcing strategy from global to local level to achieve business results, support and deploy sourcing initiatives and programs in day-to-day activities.
? Interlock with internal and external stakeholders, and support Meeting/ Event requests from stakeholders under Compliance and Procurement Policy requirements.
? Conducts Sourcing/ Bidding process including RFI, RFP, RFQ price and contract negotiation.
? Achieve cost saving target under instruction.
? Perform Spend analysis and analytical insights to support T&E Category Management via any/all analytical tools (i.e. Zycus, excel etc.) and work towards standardization.
? Interacts with internal and external stakeholders including suppliers.
? Any other tasks and projects as assigned by Medtronic from time to time
JOB QUALIFICATION
Education ? University degree (preferably in Business Administration).?
Job Experience ? Above 2 years relevant working experience in Indirect Procurement/Sourcing teams and Indirect Sourcing categories such as, T&E, Marketing for the Greater China region, T&E experience would be a plus;.
? Preference: Working experience in the healthcare or medical device industry.
? Preference: Working experience in a U.S. multinational organization
