[Basic Information of the Opportunity]
- Job Role: HRM, BP for Sales HQ
- Reporting to: HR AD
- Location & Duration: GZ (permanent HC)

[Main Responsibilities]
- Lead the HR regular process & key events implementation in Sales HQ function, which includes but not limited to annual organization review, budget & capability plan, talent review, PDR & IDP campaign, ASR exercise, DPS implementation and culture program, etc.
- Provide the consultancy and facilitation to business in people & organization development in Sales HQ function, through facilitating regular key teamleaders' workshop, co-building functional career models/plans, organizing learning activites and facilitating functional teambuilding activities,etc.
- Handle the regular HR operations which include but not limited to recruitment, new staff orientation, movement, staff talk/engagement, exit and other HR formalities.
- Handle daily staff's enquiries and assigned key tasks/projects.
