Responsibilities:
职位职责：

1、配合公司战略，开发和管理高水平消毒剂产品渠道授权经销商；支持、配合经销商完成公司既定的销售目标。
2、做好与经销商及终端客户的日常管理（DM）工作，制定重点产品的推广计划、促销计划等。
3、做好重点大客户的开发、支持、跟踪与服务。
4、负责经销商及临床医护人员的产品培训及教育。
5、与当地重点大学及各级专业学会开展良好的合作，组织各型学术讲座及交流活动。


Requirements:
任职资格：

1、具备高度的敬业精神，勤奋自律，善于独立解决问题。
2、具备快速学习能力，具有较强的语言表达能力。
3、待人诚信、正直，有出色的人际交往能力和团队协作能力。
4、有较强的渠道管理经验。
5、能承受大的工作压力，适应经常出差。
6、熟练操作办公软件，如PowerPoint、Word、Excel等。


Working Experiences & Education Requirements:
工作及学历要求：

1、大学本科学历及以上，有医学及相关专业背景者优先。
2、5年以上临床销售工作经验。
