职位描述：
Major Accountabilities

? Regular Business reporting and analysis
？ Build reports to support business decisions, review with global and external re-quirements
？ Update reports and analysis based on business requests/business changes
 
? Intelligent, next generation data mining and analysis
？ Sanitize existing data and database
？ Build analytical models/simulations for business exploration, generating in-sights to support sound business decision
？ Develop real business understanding to further facilitate the depth of business analytics (feedback loop)

? Drive process streamline and operation automation
？ Develop overall financial systems and process understanding
？ Review SAP hierarchy, improve/ maintain SAP hierarchy to maximize SAP us-age in terms of budget tracking and analysis
？ Identify BPA operation process improvement opportunities, bring up proposal and take actions
？ Identify, automate, outsource potential manual work

? Support other Central BPA functions and projects
？ Develop business and function understanding quickly
？ Support central reporting, consolidation and review with global, develop full P&L view for analysis
？ Develop quick understanding of Pharma business and responsible functions
？ Ad hoc analysis and support

Requirements
? 2 years working experience in data mining/data analytics
? Prefer to acquire analytical tools/ languages, e.g. R/Python/SPSS/SAS etc.
? Information management/ Statistics/mathematics/ Computer Science/ Finance/ accounting background (preferred, but not must)
? Strong curiosity and desire for make improvements
? Logic thinking lover and explorer
? A great team player and also a valuable individual contributor
? Business savvy, high learning agility and people agility
? A mature, funny person with sound self-awareness
