职位描述：
岗位职责:

1.Manage annual training programs including training needs analysis,develop training calendar and ensure execution,training feedback&report.
2.Assess,recommend and evaluate external training vendors to ensure the quality of the trainiing.
3.Organize new employee orientation,provide support to line manager the orientation progtam for key positions.
4.Design career development paths at the organizational and functional level with supporting learning and development programs,such as competency models,etc.
5.Povide constructive coaching to HR business partners and line managers for team and indivdual development suggestions.

任职资格:

EDUCATION (Level and major): Bachelor degree or above
- Bachelor degree
- Certification on coaching and other training & assessment tools a great plus

EXPERIENCE (years, functional area, breadth and depth of experience):
- At least 10 years of broad HR management experience of which three years in the organizational and management development domain in China.
- Consulting experience on talent topics a great plus.

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION:
- Demonstrate good understanding of challenges in the talent management and development with proven track record in those areas.
- Functional competences and experience in OD and people development tools, program initiatives, e.g. culture building, employee survey, employer branding, MT program, development centre, etc.
- Good business acumen and ability to drive HR initiatives to support the business growth.


LANGUAGE (language, level of proficiency) :
- Fluent in English and Chinese, both oral and written

COMPUTER AND SOFTWARE APPLICATION:
- Microsoft office
