职位描述：
Responsibility:
? Support the organization, Top management to manage the organization change including but not limited to key stakeholder negotiation, organization structure design, job redesign, change plan and staff resistance management;
? Develop program/scheme to identify and discover the talent and high potentials of the organization; follow up their development through process, tools and actions;
? Design and propose tools for the talent development program and lead the implementation of the talent development program of the Corporate;
? Support the organization to propose and implement initiatives for company culture building;

Requirement:
Experience, Knowledge and Skill
? Bachelor degree. Major in business administration, organization psychology, organization behavior or change management is preferred;
? Over 5-year experience in organization development;
? Experience in MNC FMCG is preferred;
? Good knowledge in change management, organization behavior, business administration and project management;
Competence
? Excellent communication and coordination skill;
? Excellent systematic thinking;
? Good strategic thinking;
? Strong Influencing and motivation skill;
? Strong Team and project leadership;
? Strong Analytical skills;
