职位描述：
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for receiving and processing Sales orders according to company authorized procedure, authority and SOD standard operation guideline.
- Responsible for following up open orders to meet customer delivery request
- Responsible for coordinating with cross functions to better respond to customer's inquiries, complaints or resolve issues.
- Deal directly with customers by telephone or electronically.
- Process orders, forms, applications and requests.
- Follow up orders to make sure it can be implemented smoothly.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments to serve customers better.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints.
- Support to deliver Sales Revenue on monthly / quarterly / yearly basis.
- Support to achieve Asia OTIF / Past Dues at 95%
- Improve Customer Service KPIs - Improve on the accuracy of order processing / reduce credit note and cancellation order due to CS negligence.

Skills, Experience and Qualifications:
- Experiences of Sales Order management and Customer / Sales support.
- Experiences of ERP Sales module user.
- Good communication skills both in Mandarin and English
- Proficient in microsoft office applications.
- Strong data analysis is preferred.
