Key Responsibilities:
? 负责售后服务系统中工程师安装、维修工作的派工管理，并定期跟进派工进度。
? 负责工程师的日常工作支持，包括安装申请确认、配件订购及出库、服务合同制作、服务回款确认等，并协调相关的沟通确认事宜。
? 协助区域主管，对现场服务的日常工作和工程师的工作表现进行管理。
? 对各类报表进行统计，生成KPI并进行分析，制定改善措施和方案。
? 并对各类服务流程提出优化和完善建议，并将流程传达至各区域内的工程师。
? 负责服务代理商的相关工作支持管理，包括保内配件申请及发货、维修需求响应等。
? 将客户信息、设备信息、配件信息、IB信息及时录入售后服务系统数据库，定期对其进行维护和更新。
? 负责服务系统的个性化需求管理，并定期跟进处理进度。
Requirements:
? Bachelor’s Degree.
? At least 3 years customer service experience.
? Medical device industry background preferred.
? Good understanding of customer service operation procedure.
? Good communication skills.
? Good logical thinking ability.
? Customer satisfaction oriented.
? Proven ability to work well under pressure.
? Proficient in MS office software. (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
