1. Periodical reporting and analyzing variance;
2. Periodical estimate/budgeting/forecasting;
3. Net working capital and cashflow management;
4. Coordinate within the area on controlling and related issues;
5. Implement the daily controlling operation;
6. Coordinate and responsible for CNABB-EP finance data base on the input from each LBU;
7. Participates in the development and implementation of necessary financial systems to support the business and reporting requirements;
8. Identifies potential improvement areas and suggests changes
9. Able to raise “what if” and “why not” type of questions and build alternate scenarios on business performance;
10. Prepares or evaluates business cases and or financial proposals;
11. Update and chase delegated tasks to ensure progress to deadlines;
12. Ad hoc assistance as required.

1. Financial professional with solid accounting background (bachelor or above);
2. At least 3 years' experience in multi-national companies;
3. Fluent English (speaking, listening, writing, and reading);
4. Good interpretational & communication skills;
5. Aptitude in standard computer EPR/software, including SAP, Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
6. Honorable, self-motivated, well-organized, good communication and problem solving skills;
7. Immune to stress and to work under pressure with a deadline driven environment;
8. Capable of working within an unstructured environment with high sense of urgency and an ability to prioritize issues with minimum resources;
9. Self-directed Team player and high level motivation;
10. Analytical skill, Reasoning and Thinking;
11. Strong Consolidation skill;
12. High level of integrity.
