职位概要：

负责产品的持续改善。

岗位职责：

1、主要负责产品问题点的改善，与机械工程师以及质量部门一起解决生产过程及后续发生的质量问题；

2、协助机械工程师参与新品设计及导入生产的过程，指导生产部门改进装配工艺，负责SOP的制作。

3、能使用AutoCAD等绘图软件，设计一些简单的工装。

4、协助质量部门管控外协部件的加工工艺，提出改善意见。

5、其它上级交代的事务贯彻执行。

任职资格：

素质要求：大专以上学历,机械类或电气类专业,工作有耐心，有上进心，能承受工作压力。

专业知识：懂机加工工艺，具备一定电气控制方面的知识及经验

技能技巧：具有良好的沟通能力及团队精神；具备一定的质量问题分析能力，找出问题的根源，解决问题；较强的动手能力；英语熟练

经验：三年以上机械装配企业工作经验如装配工程师、生产技术工程；医疗行业生产技术相关技术经验优先；

Position Summary：
Responsible for the continuous improvement of the products.


Job Responsibility：
1、Mainly responsible for the improvement of the products; work with mechanical engineer and quality department to solve the quality problems during and after the production process.
2、Assist mechanical engineer to design the new products and to introduce the new products to the production department; guide the production department to improve the assembly technology; responsible for making SOP.
3、Able to design some simple fixtures with Auto CAD or other drawing softwares.
4、Assist quality department to manage the processing technique of suppliers and provide improvement advices.
5、Others assigned by superiors.


Qualifications：
Quality：College degree or above, major in mechanics or electrics, patient, active and can work under pressure.
Professional Knowledge：Knowledge of machining process; have certain knowledge and experience on electrical control.
Skills：Good communication skills and team working attitude; With certain quality problems analysis ability, good trouble shooting ability and good problem solving ability; good practice ability; be fluent in English.
Experience：Three years working experience in mechanical assembly companies, worked as assembly engineer or production engineer; production or engineering experience in medical industry is preferred.
