Main Responsibilities

>>>To Initiation of the improvement/and leading, including

a) Weekly audit the MX process alignment with the WI, Corrective Action/Preventive
actions taken once deviation found.
b) Drive the actions implementation and estimate the effectiveness under schedule
c) Analyze the FB抯 and take the corrective/preventive actions.
d) Drive the actions implementation and estimate the effectiveness under schedule
e) Attend the QIT and follow up the actions deliveries

>>>Quality tools implementation in MX factory.
Such as KCC template, Predysis and Qlickview to improve the quality control capability


>>>Work with process engineer, equipment engineer to improve the process capability

>>>Attend the cross team of PFMEA, Control Plan discussing and implementation

>>>New line/products set up fully following. To drive the quality issue fixing.

>>>Improve the quality inspectors performance , Incent the inspectors activities


Skills and Qualification

>>>Bachelor degree or above; major is mechanical /project management;
>>>Over 3 years work experience in quality management.
>>>With good knowledge of quality tools, SPC, FMEA, 8D ,MSA are must be fluent
>>>With good knowledge of ISO/TS16949/ ISO14001/OHS18000.
>>>Good command of both spoken and written English;
>>>Aggressive attitude and willing to learn new knowledge; proactive under pressure.
>>>Good team work, good communication and presentation skill.
