Major Area of Responsibilities:

· Order delivery date confirmation and PO release订单交货期确认及排产
· Communicate internally to perform clarification of the customer’s original delivery date with Branches负责与内部及分公司沟通, 澄清客户的交货期要求。
· Perform PO mail release within agreed lead time. 负责在许可的期限内完成订单邮件的释放。
· Communicate with Branches to clarify final delivery data of customer’s.负责与分公司沟通, 澄清客户的最终交货期要求。
· Confirm the final delivery date to related Supply Line department. 负责确认客户最终交货期至供应线相关部门。
· Order delivery 订单发运
· Push Branches to delivery on time base on delivery plan. 负责推动分公司按排产计划准时发运。
· Perform EX-Work Instruction checking and count storage fee.负责确认分公司发货指令和仓储费的计算
· Submit correct EX-Work Instruction to related Supply Line department. 负责传递正确的发货指令至供应线相关部门。
· Data Maintaining 数据维护
· Update delivery date in SAP. 负责在SAP中维护最新的交货期。
· Confirm related SAP Milestone point.负责确认SAP相关点。
· Update Order Project List. 负责更新排产数据清单。
· Delivery Planning and Order Balance发运计划与订单平衡
· Submit Delivery Plan for every month.负责每月订单发运计划的制定。
· Balance the actual order volume between customer required and factory capacity. 负责客户需求与工厂产能之间的平衡。
· Other 其它
· Coordinate with other engineers when necessary必要时协助其他工程师进行工作。
· Promote internal’s team work and 5S activity.促进内部团队建设和5S活动。

职位要求Requirements:

Education Background学历要求:
Degree in Logistic or Business Administration (Minimum) College.物流/工商管理大专。

Experience工作经验:
1-2 years work experience, preferably Planning related.1-2年工作经验.相关计划经验优先。
Experience in elevator industry is highly preferable电梯行业工作经验优先考虑。
Good command in Office software.熟练运用办公软件。
Experience with SAP would be counted as additional value.会用SAP。

Others其他:

Good command in language both written and spoken English, as well as Chinese.熟练中英文书写和英语口语。
Proactive and can handle tasks independently.工作积极主动.独立的工作能力。
Good communication skill .良好的沟通能力。
Strong sense of team work and be adept in studying强烈的团队意识并善于学习。
