职位描述

Requirements:
·University degree or above major in mechanical engineering or equivalent;
·Good command of English (especially for written); sound PC skills; excellent communication skills, strongly restriction ability, good in systematic working and detail investigation with teamwork sprite. Knowledge of ISO.

·Over 3 years experience in quality assurance work preferably of elevator products.

·Proactive, highly motivated, task driven with strong sense of responsibility.

Responsibilities:
1. Be responsible for materials stocking and delivery quality control:

a. Monitor DC daily operation and process control to be effect based on the logistic work instruction;

b. Ensure all packages to be in good condition for delivery quality control;

c. Ensure all packages to align with delivery order requirement;

d. Ensure all damaged packages & nonconformity materials to be repaired or replaced timely.

2. Make product certificate effectively according to requirements, and delivery to FL in time.

a. Collect and delivery test & inspection report according to standard and customer requirement;

b. Deal with problems related to product certificate and test report, including makeup product certificates and so on;

c. Have responsibility to feedback system configuration, vendor product configuration/delivery problems and track department till solution.

3. Establish effective & efficient control system for responsible area.

a. Establish effective quality control plan and keep to continually update.

b. Communicate KONE’s quality requirement both with suppliers and DC to ensure the implementation of them.

c. Define key performance indicator and calculation method.

d.Prepare monthly quality report for process control & outgoing quality and keep continuously improvement activities

4. Support the incoming quality check for the materials manufactured by local suppliers and handles the similar nonconformity materials having been found by KONE QC.

5. Others works assigned by manager & supervisor.
