Position Description:
Product Assurance engineer to evaluate/validate the ThinkPad software (BIOS/EC/Driver/Utility/Preload) and manage the ODM partner's test team including the following
1、 Managing the project SW test schedules
2、 Executing the software testing –
3、 Developping a new test case for a new function, feature, architecture –
4、 Idetifing/Isolating a suspected cause of problem –
5、 Planning a verification test considering a side effect –
6、 Reporting a defect using a tracking system –
7、 Reviewing a test plan and report of the system test

Position Requirements:
1、 More than 3 years of Software engineering (Development or Test) experience of developing new products in PC Industry
2、 More than 2 years of Software engineering (Development or Test) experience of Android OS or Applications development
3、 English communication skill
4、 Experience of leading any project / management (more than 3 members, 12 monthes in total)
5、 Experience of people management
6、 Experience of software design analysis tools
7、 Knowledge about Statistics
8、 Knowledge/Experience about Quality management or Quality control system
