职位描述：
1. Mission

The Buying Analyst reports to a Category Buying Engineer of Dragon Sourcing. He/She is responsible for supporting the work of the Category Buying Engineer to which he/she reports.
采购分析师要向龙源公司采购工程师提供报告，并负责支持采购工程师的工作。

2.Tasks description

1) Screen and pre-select potential suppliers through a Request For Information (RFI) in order to establish a shortlist of suppliers to include in the RFP process
2) Help build and administer Request For Proposals (RFPs)
3) Support supplier quality audits
4) Analyse supplier responses to RFPs and help develop negotiation strategies
5) Support development of a sourcing Business Case document
6) Carry out fact based negotiations with suppliers
7) Participate in recommendations about which supplier(s) to select
8) Manage clients’ POs
9) Support QC at supplier factory

1) 从信息请求（RFI）中筛选并预选出潜在的供应商，以便把制定出的合适供应商列表列入建议请求（RFP）流程中。
2) 帮助制定并管理建议请求（RFPs）
3) 支持供应商质量审定。
4) 分析出供应商对建议请求（RFP）的回应，并帮助制定谈判策略。
5) 对采购商业案例文件编辑提供支持
6) 执行与供应商达成的方针
7) 参与供应商推介会
8) 帮助整理订货单
9) 在供应商的工厂里对质量控制进行支持

Qualifications:

1) Academic background: University degree, preferably in engineering and/or business administration, economics or other relevant discipline
2) A recognized qualification in procurement would be considered an asset
3) Experience: Some professional experience (1-2 years) in procurement or other related supply chain positions
4) Language skills: Proficiency in English essential. Working proficiency in French is also an asset
5) PC skills: High proficiency in Excel, Powerpoint, Word

1) 学业背景：大学学历，具有工程或商业管理学位，经济或其他相关专业
2) 持有采购资历认证者将优先考虑
3) 工作经验：在采购和其他有关供应链岗位上有专业经验者（1－2年），工作于西方工业机构并有中国之外（海外）工作经验者将优先考虑。
4) 语言能力：掌握英语。可以流利地用法语进行工作者优先考虑。
5) 电脑操作能力：精通Exel，Powerpoint，Word
