Responsibilities:
1. Market intelligence
Organize overall survey data collection and result analyses to obtain adequate market compensation information required by internal HR practice.
Support collecting, consolidating and conducting analyses of internal data and external market data.
Work with consulting firms & HRBPs for benchmarking and ranking mapping.
Ensure good relationship with survey companies and peer companies to get first hand information.

2. Budget
Prepare the people cost budget and monitor it strictly.
Support manager with the proposal on budget assumption.
Partner with Finance and HRBPs/Operations team to conduct the people cost budget.
Support manager to complete annual people cost budget and related analysis, quarterly re-forecasting.

3. Salary Review
Support manager with analysis and guidance of Year-end Review recommendations on pay for performance philosophy.
Partner with Operations team and BPs to facilitating the Year end planning review process;
As a internal consultant to HRBPs when off cycle review needed.

4. Others C&B Activities
Provide assistance in the job analysis & evaluation process.
Prepare statistical data, special reports, basic analysis as needed and provide analytical assistance on various project.
Complete ad hoc compensation analysis for assigned clients.

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree in human resources, business ,Finance or related field , payroll knowledge a plus.
2. 5 ~7 years of C&B experience in a multinational company and at least 1 year experience in whole payroll operation, experience in consulting firm is preferable.
3. Number sensitive, able to digest information to find clue and provide valuable solutions.
4. Strong analytical skills - Able to draw broad based conclusions from variety of information and sources.
5. Familiar with the job grade system, such as Tower Watson .
6. Fast learner, flexible and adaptable to adjust to a different culture of practice.
7. Careful, precise and patient character, good understanding on the importance of confidentiality.
8. Fluency in both spoken and written English.
