Responsible for sales of MV/LV within a designated market in line with the strategy. Build long term customer relationships and manage resolution to specific customer needs and issues. Identify and develop sales opportunities.
1.Targets: Responsible for achieving key sales targets in the specified market. Create detailed business plan and implements with regular follow up;
2.Customer relations: Establish and maintain effective customer relationships to understand customer needs, promote customer understanding of full system/service offering, and align to provide a solution. Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
3.Sales plans: Prepare sales plans using company tool. Performs regular performance reviews.
4.Sales: Create added value of customers & ABB and ensures the successful outcome of transaction, contracts & proposals by using effective sales skills. Communicate details in accordance with ABB offering and strategy.
5.Marketing: Ensures effective marketing activities and value proposition to customers. Identifies and drives the development of new market opportunities and ensures know-how sharing and cross-collaboration.
6.Offer preparation: Prepares offers in coordination with bid and proposal team. Ensures appropriate technical and financial aspect. of offers, incl. prices and terms & conditions.
1.Minimum of Bachelor Degree in engineering is required
2.Excellent written and oral communication skills required
3.Minimum of 4-5 years of MV/LV system sales experience are preferred
4.Prior technical training or presentation experience
5.Good presentation, selling and interpersonal skills
6.Proven ability to work as a member of a collaboration sales team
7.Very good knowledge and understanding of MV/LV system
8.PC skills, good command of Microsoft Office
