职位描述：

研究并辅助实施国际业务发展战略，包括竞争分析、市场定位、区域布局、营销方案、策略合作和企业并购等：

1、负责战略研究分析资料的收集和分析解读；

2、负责分析评估行业、竞争对手等相关信息；

3、负责分析全球关于行业信息动态的数据；

4、协助完成对重大战略项目进行可行性研究，形成报告；

5、协助实施国际业务发展战略。

职位要求：

1、 经济、工商、企业管理等相关专业或MBA以上学历，3年以上金融投资或企业发展战略相关工作经验；

2、 具备分析与预测战略环境，及制定战略实施具体措施的经验；熟悉战略发展规划管理，

3、 具备金融行业战略规划与执行的工作经验，熟悉市场分析流程和风险评估；

4、 具备较强的数理分析与文字表达能力，熟悉战略项目分析、经济测算与方案撰写，能独立完成项目分析和评估等工作

5、 优秀的信息收集和分析判断能力、敏锐的市场洞察力；

6、优秀的中英文口语、阅读、表达和写作能力；

7、具有海外证券金融信息行业经验者优先。

Responsibility:
Research and develop corporate international business strategies, including industry competition analysis, global market positioning, regional coverage, overseas marketing strategies, strategic business partnership as well as mergers and acquisitions:
1.Responsible for collection, analysis and presentation of target information;
2.Collect, analyze and present information on Industry and competitors;
3.Analyze industry trends and formulate useful data to present to upper management;
4.Perform feasibility study and prepare analysis reports on specific projects or acquisition targets;
5.Perform various duties to implement the corporate international business strategy.

Qualification and Requirements:
1.Master degree or above in finance, economics or management, MBA is preferred.
2.Three years professional experience in financial investment or business strategy.
3.Proficiency in budget analysis and business forecasting, corporate strategic planning.
4.Proficiency in SWOT, familiar with financial analysis process and risk assessment.
5.Excellent oral and written communication skills, observing and good judgment. Ability to work independently on project based analysis and business assessment.
6.Very logical and analytical, strong business sense.
7.Excellent in both Mandarin and English, oral and writing.
8.Prior experience in investment banking, direct investment or related field is preferred.
