About This Job:
? This is a Role of portfolio management on NSH (non-selective herbicide) portfolio & Specialty crops SH (Selective herbicide) in herbicide team, and deliver robust technology components in order to help build a compelling and competitive Territory portfolio offer
? Set and implement product direction in line with Global strategies to deliver Territory strategy and enable profitable market share growth.
? Develop overall NSH strategy on key crops offer/solution and prove of concept
? Act as a contact point for above-Territory functions on NSH (non-selective herbicide) strategy and portfolio-related matters for cross function alignment.
Essential Knowledge & Experience:
? NSH (non-selective herbicide) strategy development and implementation to meet requirement on business quality target.
? Market analysis to develop brand plan.
? Work with Marketing Services or agencies to develop brand communication program.
? Develop Spec crop NPI (New product introduction) plan and PPS (post patent strategy) strategy development for key leading a.i.
Preferred Knowledge & Experience
? Strong herbicide technical knowledge is prefer.
? Open mind thinking
Qualifications
? Agricultural background mini >3 years of relevant experience.
? Critical knowledge
? Fluent English communication.
? Bachelor's degree or relevant technical diploma or equivalent.
