Responsibilities:
1 Support plant daily purchase working:
? Identify all IMS purchasing requirements;
? Communicate with plant stakeholders to draw up purchasing plan;
? Assess and mitigate supply risk and lead Supplier Evaluation: monitor supplier performance and ensure efficient support for operations from suppliers and continuous reliability
2 Supplier management:
? Source and qualify supplier;
? Track the performance of suppliers by regular assessment;
? Develop partnership with long term /strategy suppliers;
? Solve any supplying issues.
3 Compliance assurance:
? Ensure all purchasing activities are comply with procurement policy;
? Ensure all required documents are properly prepared and approved;
? Well archived paper documents.
4 Cost management:
? Deliver plant productivity cost saving as by set target;
? Strong sense on the cost saving wherever it applicable and ensure company's buying the goods /service at competitive price;Implement procurement sourcing strategies planning.


Requirements:
1 Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical and engineering, commercial or trading;
2 At Least 2 years experience in purchasing and planning - prefer FMCG industry.
