1. Timely address Field reported issues with proper Field solution in place, push vendor for root cause available and validate the root cause well defined with preventive action in place.
2. Seek opportunity for continuous improvement, either from process perspective or technical perspective, which prevent the similar issue from reoccurring.
3. Conduct the project, echo with the business strategy, on schedule and on target.
4. Co-ordinate with cross function department to solve the manufacture issue and put the proper action in Factory.
5. Debug the issue independently and issue the report to the cross function team for issue solving.
6. Co-work with Service team to address the issue reported from Service side and keep well communication/cooperation with Service team.

Position Requirements:
专业要求: Bachelor degree or above with the major of Computer Science Technology.
工作经验要求:At least +5 year working experience in Notebook industry, familiar with the Notebook factory environment and test flow. 3 years RD background+2 years Quality background preferred.
通用技能要求:Great Personality with the ability to work under pressure and have positive thinking needed
专业技能要求:CET6 or above, familiar with Microsoft Office, especially Excel/PPT. Great Oral English needed
