Position Description:
Responsibility:
First Level ODM MFG Serviceability Management and Operation Improvement

1. Manage ODM MFG production execution, monitor and drive orders production cycle time to meet Lenovo serviceability target.
- Establish management guideline of Lenovo order cycle time in ODM MFG.
- Drive ODM to develop MFG data collection, reporting and analysis in system level.
- Work out MFG order fulfillment improvement roadmap based on MFG performance analysis result with top detractors identification, solid action plans and timeline.
2. Take charge of MFG operation first level management with cross function teams influence.
- Identify ODM MFG daily execution problems e.g. MFG capacity utilization, 5S, repair capability, technical issues, process incidents, production efficiency, etc.
- Cooperate with ODM contact window for issue fix.
- Engage Lenovo cross function teams for problem resolution and process improvement.
3. Deep dive for continuous / innovation improvement opportunities in ODM MFG, take lead of improvement projects, be responsible for project status and achievements.
4. Implement daily, weekly and monthly Business Management System with ODM.
5. ODM on-site support in Lenovo month end to ensure Lenovo shipping commitment.

Position Requirements:
专业要求: Bachelor degree or above
工作经验要求:

1)5+ years work experience in electronics industry with manufacturing related responsibilities.
2)Experience/knowledge across manufacturing operations, quality and test engineering.
通用技能要求:

1)Problem solving and analytical skills are required including statistical analysis tools.
2)Leadership capabilities with virtual teams.
3) Fluent in reading, writing and spoken English
专业技能要求:Six Sigma certification is preferred, PMP certification is plus.
Travels (Suzhou / Kunshan area) are accepted.
