·Key metrics and parameters

1.Line KPIs ;
2.Proper people arrangement according to production plan ;
3.Supervise people to exactly implement the quality standards and production techniques ;
4.Maintain the equipment running and check the equipment timely ;
5.Make sure smooth handover by shift ;
6.Complete related reports in time ;
7.Check and control raw material drawing procedures ;
8.Examine quality data on time and make timely analysis and feedback ;
9.Ensure production area keep clean ;
10.100% do performance evaluation for employees ;
11.Keep the employees on shift under discipline.

·Key capabilities/competencies
1.Bachelor degree and above;
2.Above 5 years manufacture industry experience;
3.At least 3 years production management experience;
4.Have more enthusiasm,fast learner;
5.Team working;
