Responsibilities:
1. Use of CRM system as required for updates and to extract necessary reports for international business department Head.
2. Master User for CRM and train all new staff in international business department on how to use the system.
3. Manage the contracts for backup & tracking.
4. Database Management.
5. Operate online chat app of Livechat System & reply web leads.
6. Work cross functionally as required to get various assigned projects completed e.g. Product Development, Finance, HR etc.
7. Manage internal processes required to ensure smooth operation of international business department team.
8. Help co-ordinate the various programs and ensure smooth functioning of all international business department meetings/Events.
9. Support Head of international business department and department team on other areas as required.
Requirements:
1. 3+ years experience in similar work, preferably in a start-up company.
2. At least 2 years experience and solid user ability with CRM systems (In particular, Salesforce), ability to understand and then train on these systems.
3. At least a Bachelor’s degree in relevant area.
4. Excellent command of verbal and written English and Chinese.
5. Good planning and organizing skills, very detail oriented.
6. Ability to hand multiple demands and activities in a group environment.
7. Excellent self-learning ability and adaptation skills.
8. Great communication skills, can work alone as well as in a team.
9. Familiar with Google applications, MS office, especially with excel.
