职位描述：
Job Describtion:
1. Support the team in various routine internal control reviews and programs
- Lead branch level and HQ process internal control reviews, from planning to final report issuing (planning/filed work/branch closing meeting/final report preparing, tidy up and translation), ensure a good implementation of KONE Great China & Global Policies;
- Provide executable recommendations and sharing best practice for risks identified in the reviews and proactively follow up the action plans;

2. Overall risk management
- Develop understanding of KONE financial policies and procedures to support process improvements responsive to the needs of KONE Great China;
- Support in cross functional discussions/communication on assigned process improvement and innovation projects;
- Coach and provide relevant training to branch personnel focusing on improving control accountabilities as appropriate;
- Build up the risk framework, identify risk areas and check the current status for mitigation;

Job Requirement:
1. Bachelor degree or above in Business, Accounting or Finance;
2. 3 years working experience in Internal Control or Audit function with multi-national company or audit firms, with good knowledge of internal control concepts and audit practices;
3. Self-motivated, discipline, high integrity, objectivity, and maturity；
4. Strong thinking, analytical and communication skills;
5.Good Command of business level English both in oral and written;
6. Familiar with SAP or other ERP system;
