职位描述：
Role purpose
? Deliver the maximum site instrument&electrical equipment availability and effective technical support to the highest production efficiency. site I&E Maintenance management system setting up, operation and continue improvement. Implement company HSE policy and engineering standards. build up and lead one high efficient instrument maintenance team.

Accountabilities
? Responsible for site I&E equipment (including instrument & low voltage equipment and high voltage equipment) maintenance system seting up and continue improvement.
? Responsible for setting up site I&E equipment maintenance strategy and focus on short & long term I&E equipment reliability improvement.
? Ensure that quality objectives and performance measures are communicated to all relevant stakeholders
? Ensure that quality is considered in all relevant business decisions
? Manage process performance against clear operating standards to ensure activities under their control meet the Quality Policy & Standards
? Take decisive and appropriate action when operating standards are not met
? Recognize and reward performance which positively reinforces the Quality Policy & Standards
? Responsible for all site I&E maintenance work and equipment compliance with local legal standard and company internal standard ( Syngenta CoP & TES)
? Responsible for maintaining and managing process of site I&E team to ensure high HSE standard achievement.
? Responsible for setting up site I&E maintenance spare parts strategy and continue to optimize site I&E safety spare parts stock level.
? Responsible for managing site I&E team performance to align with site KPI , Provide technical support of I&E equipment to service to all production units in Nantong site.
? Responsible for site I&E team capability &competency developing
? Set up site I&E maintenance budget and cost control under budget.

? Introducing and optimization of the I&E maintenance management system .
? new plant I&E system commissioning
? Spare parts management system optimization
? Budget management.
Critical knowledge

? Bachelor’s degree in industry instrument or electrical and related discipline.
? Knowledge of instrument & electrical
? Knowledge of spare parts management
? Knowledge of maintenance management
? Knowledge and understanding of HSE policy and regulations.
Critical experience

? 8 years Experience in site I&E equipment maintenance management in a chemical plant
? Experience of spare parts management
? Experience of site I&E troubleshooting
