职位描述：
Role purpose
? Deliver the maximum mechanical equipment availability and effective technical support to the highest production efficiency. Maintenance management system setting up, operation and improvement. Implement company HSE policy and standards. build up and lead one high efficient mechanical maintenance team

Accountabilities

Operational responsibility
? Responsible for the planning and implementation of site mechanical equipment maintenance and new additional projects, keeping higher monthly work order complete rate.
? Responsible for setting up mechanical maintenance strategy and keeping high mechanical equipment reliability, ensuring high production efficiency and reducing breakdown time.
? Responsible for special equipment management, ensuring them in the safety condition.
? Responsible for maintaining and improving the mechanical function of PM system, ensuring most of maintenance work are implemented by plan.
? Responsible for building up and improving maintenance archive and record system, ensuring all maintenance work must be accurately recorded.
? Responsible for maintaining and managing the process of mechanical function, ensuring the implementation of mechanical work instruction, procedures and established SHE practices to achieve expected high management standards.
? Responsible for setting up mechanical maintenance spare parts strategy and identifying safety spare parts stock level. Ensuring that the engineering warehouse can be operated at the most economical and most stable state.
? Responsible for managing and training mechanical employees and external service contractor, ensuring their operation and behaviour to be in compliance with the requirements of company HSE and national standards.
? Responsible for learning about national and local regulation, ensuring company activity to be in compliance with requirement of legal.
? Responsible for learning about Syngenta TES and implementing within Nantong site
? Set up spare parts localization plan, maintenance budget establishment and cost control under budget.
? Ensure that mechanical team to have a good departmental and interdepartmental communication.
? Ensure that quality is considered in all relevant business decisions
? Keep all relevant stakeholders informed and ensure they understand the Quality Management System
? Contributing to setting up high performance team which includes target setting, communication, performance appraisal, staff motivation.
Contributing to maintenance technical skill training of the team, ensuring the team have relative technical capability.

Knowledge, experience & capabilities

Critical knowledge

? Bachelor’s degree in chemical mechanism or related discipline.
? Knowledge of chemical equipment & mechanism electrical
? Knowledge of spare parts management
? Knowledge of maintenance management
? Knowledge and understanding of HSE policy and regulations.
Critical experience

? Experience of equipment maintenance in chemical plant
? Experience in preventive maintenance system management in a chemical plant
? Experience of spare parts management
? Experience of mechanical troubleshooting
