职位描述：
Major Responsibilities

? Pre sales support for PI pathology equipment, software by presenting and/or demo PI products to targeted customers at major academic centers (clinical and research labs), large hospitals and regional reference labs;
? Build an in-depth understanding of new product technologies and their applications in a Pathology and prenatal diagnostics environment;
? Training for sales, dealers and customer of PI pathology equipment and software;
? Install and conduct in field post purchase applications support and training with customers;
? Troubleshooting with high-standard service and timely responding to customers’ complaints to ensure total customer satisfaction;
? Follow normal Standard Work for products related handling and compliance in IVD Equipment Regulation;
? Provide professional supports in the promotion and exhibition of PI pathology products;
? Work closely with marketing, sales and distributors to improve performance of PI pathology products;
? Prepare weekly territory status reports to Application Supervisor including but not limited to competitive information, product issues, customer issues, target account lists, expense reports and travel calendar as asked by line manager;
? Business tasks assigned by line manager.

Required Education, Experience, Skills
Education:
Master degree or above, major in medicine, pathology, molecular biology or equivalent; Preferred to be major in pathology or medicine

Experience/Skills:
? At least 1 year working experience in IVD or biopharmaceutical industry;
? Understanding of molecular pathology, FISH, IHC and Histology marketplace or a related discipline;
? 1-3 years’ Histology application or laboratory experience in clinical, research, or industrial setting with a practical focus on FISH, molecular pathology or IHC

Travel: required estimated 30-50% of time

Language:
Both fluent Chinese and English skills (listening, written and spoken)
