Position requirements:
Education Background:
? Bachelor Degree, with engineering background;
? With English CET 4 certificate, good at oral and written English;
Experience:
? 2 years working experience in Customer Service in a foreign company with manufacture function;
Others:
? Skillful in computer operation (office software, network system, etc);
? Familiar with ERP system, SAP experience;
? Honest, diligent, conscientious and self-motivated;
? Good communication and coordination skills.


Major Area of Responsibilities:

? Work with various Depts and develop coordination of project enquires, including pricing, lead time confirm.
? Work closely with engineering team to provide cost effective solutions to FL for tendering.
? Handle and follow up FL's tender drawings request, technical matter clarification, lead-time clarification at tender stage.
? C-process elevators pricing, by communication with scouring, logistic, vendor and factory for information of non standard elevator deliveries
? Ensure all tender letter/datum and SAP operation correctly and in time
? Composes, collects and share necessary technical information to FL. Involves internal interest groups if necessary.
? Work with other depts to have the quick action once we get the feedback from FLs and improve service level.
? Collaborating with other depts. to improve performance, and communication.
? EHS-be familiar / comply with Quality, Environment, health, and safety requirements of this position, and responsible for Quality, Environment, health, and safety requirements of this position.
? Other issues distributed by superiors.
